KAt Rainbow House we understand the complexities facing people with disabilities, and their families, extend far beyond the immediate physical and mental impairments of the individual.
In addition to a wide range of developmental difficulties; problems with movement and posture, perceptual problems affecting co-ordination, and difficulties with learning, speaking and understanding the world around them; a disabled person is likely to develop secondary medical conditions and health issues; limitations in their speech, language and communication, and dependency on carers. Such issues can limit opportunities for participation and social integration leading to limitations in the development of personality, emotional well-being and the life-skills required to maximize independence.
We recognise that caring for a disabled person can have profound effects on the entire family unit; physical and emotional demands, time and financial costs and so on. For parents and carers, having a disabled person may increase stress, take a toll on mental and physical health, make it difficult to find appropriate and affordable child care, affect relationships, decisions about work, education and training and having additional children etc.

Family owned and run restaurant based in the heart of Southport, we endeavor to bring aN unique and extensive menu along with A VARIETY OF ENTERTAINMENT TO THE AREA.

Called in Tues 18th Oct for lunch, 2 of us so selected 5 items from the grazing menu plus olives, they had been marinated and were superb, then the Grazing platter came, every single dish so full of
flavour and larger portions than we thought we would get. The staff were friendly and service was good, We will be recommending the Hungry Monk to our friends, you make this large menu choice work
its never going to be boring at your restaurant, We will be back soon. -

Food is always excellent. Staff are wonderful and always friendly. I recommend you guys to everyone! And we usually eat here at least once a week too. Never found anywhere I love more than the Hungry

Called in for lunch today with my wife, the staff were very friendly and the menu was incredible the food and portion size the best I've had for a while. We will definitely be back there is a lot of

Visited you today with my sons greeted with a friendly welcome the food was beautiful just no room for one of your cakes maybe you need to downsize your portions and sell more cakes when I visit
